As a landlord you have a legal responsibility to deal with tenant issues quickly. We can visit your property promptly on your behalf. The problem will be thoroughly investigated, assessed and recommendations made. A concise report highlighting causes and solutions and including photographic evidence, sent to you digitally.

Mould removal and treatment 

This is only done following the initial contact and assessment (Stage 1). We are unable to give a fixed price as each issue is unique.

Our focus is on tackling mould issues before they take hold and stopping them from getting out of hand. We do this by finding and fixing the route cause, dealing with the mould, then informing the tenants on its potential causes and how to keep it at bay.
